A paid graduate fellowship in Mumbai
Mosaic Fellowship is a full-time, one-year paid apprenticeship at Mosaic Wellness in Mumbai, India. Fresh graduates learn how to build and scale a direct-to-consumer (D2C) health and wellness brand from the inside. Fellows take ownership of real business problems within one team.
Who can apply?
Fresh graduates from any full-time degree programme, within or outside India, can apply. We are hiring 2026 and 2027 graduates. There is no restriction on field of education or grades. We look for initiative, creativity, taste, attention to detail, and the ability to build and learn with AI.
What is the salary?
Compensation is INR 8 LPA in 2026 (₹800,000 per year). INR 10 LPA (₹1,000,000 per year) applies starting May 2027.
What kind of work will I do?
Fellows are embedded in one team for the full year. Functions include category, revenue, finance, engineering, human resources, customer experience, content, supply operations, new product development and supply, brand marketing, chief of staff, and marketplace. Team placement is based on mutual fit. Mosaic brands include Man Matters, Be Bodywise, Little Joys, and Root Labs.
How do I apply?
Complete both challenges and submit them together in one application. Challenge 1: use Codex, Claude, or a similar coding agent to build a consumer-facing health and wellness web app. Submit a working app link. Challenge 2: speak with at least five customers of a Mosaic brand and upload a PDF or Word document covering their names, phone numbers, products used, what they like, what they dislike, and what they want improved. Obtain their consent to share their details and feedback with Mosaic. The application form lists the remaining fields and CV upload requirements.
Is there an application deadline?
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis with no fixed deadline or single decision date. Due to application volumes, a response may take one to two weeks. Personalised feedback is not available for every submission.

What happens after the fellowship?
